"Uncle Creepy" deserves to be on any such list.

It was mentioned in the discussion of "The Creepy Weasel" but in my opinion "Uncle Creepy" is an even worse nickname than "The Creepy Weasel" ("Uncle Creepy" sounds like a name that might be given by kids to some icky relative that they don't ever want to be left alone with). Therefore, "Uncle Creepy" shouldn't be missing from the list.
