After as many as 25 mud and obstacle course races of varying distances and locations across this great country, I am announcing my retirement from them. I am 52 years of age and my body has taken a beating from these events. I have many great memories with friends and loved ones over the years running along side all of you. I particularly liked getting the electric shock therapy.

What else can my sherbros suggest for me to keep me challenged and motivated physically?

Late,

I haven't heard about this stuff in like two years. The mud run fan died real quick.

Well, people jumped on the waves and created a million 5k derivatives... Maybe people are getting over it now, but maybe they aren't, who knows, I haven't done one since 2016!

They seem to still be popular. The distances are getting shorter. But yeah they are jumping the shark for sure.
