Living literally right next to Team Alpha Male I have trained with a handful of guys who claim it’s pretty common knowledge that Dillashow has been juicing since around the time he destroyed Barao. I think him destroying Aldo will have a lot to do with if he is totally clean or if he continues enhancements of some sort.
