I tried to explain this to a guy yesterday. The weight cut leading up to the fight and the water cut are two different cuts. Generally, the water cut is done by a percentage of body weight. An average cut for most UFC fighters is going to be around 10% body weight, some cut less, some cut more. Its done by a percentage which is why a guy like Lesnar can cut 10% water and drop from 290 to 261, 10% is 29 pounds. So the bigger the man, the more the water cut.

With TJ, the water cut will only be, estimating, if he weighed 140 and water cut 10% it would put him at 126, so if he's around 138 right now, he's in perfect position for a 10% cut at the finish line. I'm going to go ahead and call it as a no problem cut for a pro like Dillashaw. Don't listen to these guys saying he won't make weight, it looks like he will easily make weight.

I've said the same thing many times. On the scale at 135lbs, TJ is devoid of any body fat and BONE DRY.

That means getting another 10lbs off is trimming quite a bit of muscle mass.

Some people may not realize in these recent photos of TJ, he's completely hydrated. This is prior to doing his actual water cut. History is never going to remember moving DOWN fondly, and he's fighting a guy with zero title defenses that won a controversial decision to get the belt.

This whole thing is pretty ill advised and its absurd TJ is doing this to his body over nothing.

I think he did this with the intent of mighty mouse holding the belt and just wanted to hold true to his word.

He has obvious subcutaneous injection sites on his abdomen that leaves a big circular bump,same as when Jones was juicing big time w lumps on his stomach. Its where you shoot HGH and other quick acting PEDS like IGF1 or insulin.Hes got a couple spots in his stomachin the picture OP posted, as well as others on his IG. HGH isnt the biggest PEDs on the market,its nothing close to testosterone or other steroids. It can be used to hold onto muscle mass while cutting weight,or help with recovery. With USADA testing him,he cant be using a very high dose,but its still very easy to use it and not get caught. His clear,glowing skin through out the whole year gives indication that hes using HGH,guys that use it has a glowing,perfect skin.
