Aldo got a title shot after losing to Marlon Moraes btw lmao. You can count that as his actual shot.

TJ never lost the belt and he beat a young, hungry prospect after his break. I don't have a problem with that at all.

Nah, fuck him. Not even because of the EPO thing but because he willingly went ahead with the Aljo fight knowing full well he was extremely compromised and had no way of even being competitive.

Agree, the fight with Aljo bothers me way more than the EPO.
The cheating is of course bad as well, but most of the roster has or is cheating so can't be too upset about it.
But the Aljo fight fking sucked...

For what it’s worth, a suspension is a suspension and ignorance is no excuse…but… isn’t Machida the one who declared he used DHEA on a USADA questionnaire prior to even being tested because he didn’t know it was a banned substance? It’s not like USADA busted him off a sample…Machida declared it himself and said he was using it to relieve stress due to coming off two losses..

Again, ignorance is no excuse.. but TJ’s case seems much more egregious on the violation sliding scale… funny the poster you responded to brought up Machida of all people as a comparison to TJ…
