    Hi all:

I was wondering if anyone here has had problems with an order from TITLEMMA. I'm having some issues right now with my order and am getting NO RESPONSE via email. I have called but all I've gotten is a run around. Anyone know who is a supervisor or in charge over there?

    Thanks.

the only thing that i don't like about title is the fact that you have to get your stuff sent to your billing address.

the only problem i ever had was when i made an order with multiple products, they emailed me the next day and said a certain item was out of stock.

i had the options of canceling that item or putting it on backorder and it would only be charged when it was sent. i chose to backorder it and i got my shipment in about 4 days with a recalculated invoice. i got my backorder item about a week later charging only for that item.

overall, i wouldn't say i had any problems, but i wish they kept better real time inventory. it was a minor inconvenience, but it was a plus that they informed me so quickly.

I ordered a set of gloves I had to have in a week, so I made sure they were in stock. Now 4 days later they tell me they are out of stock. If they would have been up front in the beginning I would have had options, now I'm out of luck.

They're kind of a strange company to deal with. I recently picked them up as a distributor, but when I called the accounts manager to ask questions, they gave me a bit of an attitude, almost to the point where I don't want to add their products. When I asked if I could get a backorder list at least once a week, she made it sound like it was unheard of; unlike Combat who gives them on request. Now standard customer service wise, every time I've called them [Title], they have been really nice and give out as much information as they can as nicely as possible, which can be here or there with Combat. I guess maybe it's just hit or miss with the both of them.

Same happened to me. I ordered two pairs of fight shorts about a week before my fight. One of them was out of stock, and I didn't know that until I got the shipment in. Thankfully, the other pair was. Not ordering from them again.

Most companies make you ship to the billing address; for security reasons. We don't like chargebacks for fraudulent sales. Luckily most (smaller) use Paypal now, but they're still forced to mail to the address provided by Paypal to be eligible for seller protection.

Also, when you're checking to see if an item is in stock, ask them how many of the item are in stock. 1 item is considered "in stock" but doesn't really mean anything if someone is on another line ordering it or the levels are off.

In my experiences with not only mma companies, most places give you the option of getting your stuff mailed to you at a different address.

CSI/Ringside only make you ship to the billing address for your first purchase. Other than that I have ordered from numerous mma sites including Boomer, MMAWarehouse, Truth, Sprawl, etc and none of them require you to have your items sent to your billing address.

I've ordered from TITLE numerous times and had the items sent to addresses other than my "billing address" with no problems...

weird because when i put in a different shipping address, i received an email stating that they would not be able to ship my items to my shipping address and that i would have to call them to verify my billing address

When a product on their website goes out of stock they need to say "out of stock." It can be a pain in the ass if you need something quickly and then out of nowhere they tell you it's backordered.
