Title and Combat Sports

I know Ringside and Title are in the same family of companies, but are Title Boxing/MMA and Combat Sports the same company?

I noticed their addresses are about the same.

Title is tied in with Everlast

Ringside/Combat Sports are the same

For some odd reason they are all in Lenexa, KS

From what I have heard, the owners of Title used to work for Ringside. Then they left Ringside and copied their gear and started Title. I'm not sure if that is true or not, but that is what I have heard. I know that Ringside has been around a lot longer than Title.
