Tips to beat insomnia

I recently started taking a Magnesium supplement about half an hour before bed. Since beginning this routine I've never had an easier time going to sleep, and have never slept better.

This is what I take I have the monthly subscription so it's a good deal: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000OQ2DL4/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i00

I believe thats the only thing Ive heard of but havent tried. Im probably going to try this. I have more of a problem staying asleep once I do actually fall asleep. I normally sleep around 6:30 am and wake up every 10-15 minutes.

Exercise is generally considered detrimental to sleeping when done right before going to bed. Exercise, yes, but earlier in the day. Seems to have a way of straightening out circadian rhythms. Also, dont go to bed on an empty stomach. Eat something, maybe have a few drinks or herbal teas work as well(decaffeinated, of course), and personally, in the past when I've had insomnia, watching Youtube videos seemed to help most of the time. Search for things like sleep hypnosis, relaxing sounds, or ASMR. Its all about feeling calm and activating the parasympathetic nervous system, IMO.

Agree 100% :D
