Whats up Sherdoggers? I could use a little advice from you guys. Tomorrow morning is my first ever submission grappling tournament. I entered on very short notice, so no time to try and cut weight down, I imagine i will be one of the smaller men in my class. My question is, what would you say are the best foods to eat pre-fight?

Any other tips?
 
I go with my normal, 4 egg omelet consisting of turkey, tomato, and a protein shake about 60-90 minutes before competing. (Make sure toilet is handy....protein = big bombs!)
