He doesn't look like a big lightweight I think he could make the move. Thoughts? I think he would be an exciting addition to the division that's on the rise thanks to McGregor.

There's a lot of interesting fights for Pettis @145: Aldo, McGregor, Holloway, Swanson, Oliveira. Give him Swanson for his debut at Featherweight and go from there.

Pretty sure Conor won't fight again at 145. Yeah he could test the waters at this point. His stock definitely declined by a great amount after 3 straight losses.

He was going to fight Aldo at FW so I'm sure his next move is to change weightclass

How the mighty have fallen.

Pettis doing a swan dive right out of title contention.

yea he would a be a great addition to 45, and i dont think him losing to barboza was size, it was more so speed and anthony was trying to hard to admire his work, every right hand he would pause to look for a reaction, he would get hit with a lead hook everytime.

Lol size isn't the reason he's lost recently. Eddie is smaller than Pettis as well btw

By the "eye test" he looks like FW would be a viable cut. He should at least consider it. He is light years away from contending at LW now.

eddie smaller than pettis (who is a smallish 155 in today's standards)? eddie is not big LW but prob no smaller than pettis.

Pettis is done at 155. he is at a strength and size disadvantage. he could still rejuvenate his career and shine at 145.
