Conor McGregor is 5'9.

Even in his UFC fights he didn't look that big until recently against Romero. I think he bulked up for the Romero fight, because he looked freaking huge.

I remember a few fights back he talked about maybe trying to fight at WW.

Tim is one of those unlucky guys who is too small for MW and too big for WW.

Isn't Cormier the same height? I think at 5'9 or 5'10 you are basically tall enough to fight at any weight, providing you're built correctly.

I assume it's because there are more people that height than any other, so 5'9s and 5'10s have the largest pool. You'll get Pettis types, lean and athletic, to cormier; stocky and strong, to Tyson.

To be fair I was surprised too at the weigh ins, as TK looked the same height or even slightly smaller than Romero who is supposed to be 5'10 ( prior to his 6' BS increase )

He has been big for a while now, I remember an interview where he stated is walkaround weight was 216, and Tim doesn't let himself go he is ripped all year long

UFC is like WWE when it comes to billed height and walk around weight. I still remember that GSP thread where some guy was a mover who moved in GSP to his new apartment. The TS said he was 5'10" and clearly was 2-3" taller than GSP. But his UFC stats have him at 5'11" but in reality is probably 5'8" at best.

They really need midget sized refs to call midget sized fights. When a chick ref towers over the fighters and could probably rag doll them...it just makes me laugh.

I don't understand things like this, when they're so easily disproven. They'll have two guys listed as 5'11" standing next to each other, and one guys is clearly like 3 inches taller.
