Frankie told Ariel on the MMA hour that the only fight he will never watch is the Aldo rematch.

Is this a good or a bad idea for his career moving forward? Does it matter?

Wouldn’t it be smart to at least watch the fight once to see where it all went wrong?

No. He lost to him once already and surely watched tape before the rematch. Then all went south in the rematch so reliving such a bad showing is more of a headache than him learning. Sometimes you're off and the other dude is on. I'd guess he would watch it if he'd fight Aldo again.
