Tiger Arona & His Awaited Comeback...

Reminded me of a SLIGHTLY calmer Kevin Randleman....Had power like crazy (Natty not once) but did stick his head out for the taking.

Still would love to see if he still got it though.

Arona is surfing, doing Test, being jacked, banging chicks in Rio, and loving life. He will never come back.

From a skill perspective, I say Arona did a few things extremely well and had a few attributes that would still serve him well. Namely low kicks, wrestling, grappling, and strength. However, his boxing sucks. But, with elbows and a cage at his disposal his GnP could be dangerous. Id love to see him comeback.

Wouldn't be against a Fedor rematch. He'll never come back though. That's literally the only fight of his I'd watch though. He's too old, been away too long, keeps his head up higher than anyone I've ever seen, and wasn't even the best of his era. His best claim is that Fedor fight so if he came back and took him out then I'd take notice but only then.

Arona wont return

But...

Checking about It made me discover that Paulo filho made a succesfull return against some egyptian can...

Why are you posting article from Feb of 2017.

Arona will never come back. Ever since he left he has always said hopefully next year.
Coz some interesting points there in this interview: his assessment of the Fedor fight, of the current LHW div

Arona would out-hump any UFC LHW right now. If you don't agree, screw you!

You would think he would get bored of that after 9 years. <DisgustingHHH>
On a serious note though, I think its safe to assume he's making a nice living (I remember reading a while back he personal trains Brazilian celebrities) so its gotta be a daunting proposition to leave that behind for the uncertainty of returning to sport you were good at a decade+ ago. I'd personally love to see him try though. I know he's talked to Dana a few times over the years so I guess its a possibility.

I'd love to see him fight his former UFC counterpart in Tito. Always felt they matched up well.

I guess sherdog finally accepted he's never fighting again. It took like 8 years for David Terrell comeback threads to end. Arona has not had to fight anything other than waves and post ejaculation fatigue in the last decade.

I'd like to see an Igor Vovchancyn comeback thread instead.

What happened to him fighting in RIZIN?

There's one on the first page right now

Only come back he'll have is when he leaving his c*m on a girls back.

The game has come a long way since his Prime days. He would get besmirched BADLY in the UFC. Best to stay in Japan and load up on the roids.

Be interested in seeing how he'd do now. I assume, not well.
Yeah man. You can't take that time off, come back and do well at the elite level still. There are guys like Krylov, who were signed by the UFC as babies, went 5-1 in 6 fights and still got cut.

Nah, his best claim has to be smashing Wanderlei in that tourney. Dude was so happy with it he basically made no effort queen he fought Shogun later on, ha.
