I seriously think another top WW fight is in order IF and ONLY IF this card did well tonight.

Its why I really wanted to card to do high ratings. If boxing isnt ready for regular Primetime, then fine. But mega boxing fights like these need Prime Time television
 

I agree that should be the fight later this year, but It looks like Khan vs Garcia mandatory?

I wouldn't mind if they pushed it back. Or I'm hoping Khabib gets injured again so we can enjoy both fights live at a different day.

Going to try to find a bar that's gonna play both boxing and UFC that night. Hopefully some bars will play boxing since it's free.

Depends where you go if you go to the small bars you will only get UFC

If you go to a more sports oriented bar and popular to the general public then they will show boxing and UFC on the smaller screens

Hope that helps your dilemma

No you won't, you'll watch the UFC and brag how you work for dan rafael without consuming as much cheese as he does.

yep actual free tv!!!! and not the HBO/Showtime many posters often incorrectly state as "free" ... why I still dunno

but anyway, I wonder if the move to CBS instead of Showtime had to do with going head to head with a UFC PPV on the same night.

Yeah most bars are going to choose UFC over this, and I think its a real shame. Thankfully some bars dont want to pay for the PPV, and this is free.
 
^ but with the Thurman-Garcia fight being on free TV, what's to stop bars from showing it anyway? I mean depending on size of bar and how many TV's they have .. are they going to dedicate all TV's to UFC?

I can't recall Garcia ever delaying or dropping out of a signed fight. Thurman has.
