It shouldn’t matter at all but if she looked how she used to look instead of a 12 year old boy and was knocking people out left and right she would be a much bigger star.

Right or wrong she would have much more commercial appeal.

I get the feeling she prefers it this way. Maybe one of the reasons is she doesn't get sexualised as often.

Being different and having individuality also sells. It's far easier to pick Rose out of a crowd because of her look. It's not like all models they use for marketability campaigns are what I'd call sexy but they usually have a distinct look.

That docu is one of the best videos on YouTube, was blown away by it the first time I saw it.

I feel like Robert Whittaker is the closest thing we have to a GSP today though, in terms of male fighters.

The results speak for themselves. One of the most prestigious fighters of all time and no one knows her. Yes it’s WMMA but many other WMMA fighters have been more visible. I’ve literally never seen her in an advertisement or be the face of any product.
