So my woman of 1.5 years is getting a chin implant (?) and excess fat removed from around her neck/jaw to thin it out a bit? Apparently it gives your face a more defined structure, like a Kristen Bell type. My girl's is a bit round but I think it's cute aas hell and fits her eyes and forehead ratio perfectly. I really don't agree with it but she's wanted it for years. How would you feel if this was going down?

Oh, the procedures are costing 29, 000 total.

my two cents...it's not worth it. they're permanent changes and imo plastic surgeons have a poor track record on this type of stuff, especially if you look at celebrities who overdo surgeries and end up looking like disfigured cats.

also, fat around the face makes you look youthful and you'll want it as you get older. a lot of celebs got that buccal fat removal and they're going to look like ghouls with sunken sucked in faces when they're 70+.

It feels like the success rate on elective facial plastic surgery is almost 0. It always looks fake and will draw more attention than whatever perceived issue you have.

agree to this

Tell her to get bigger boobs instead and nobody will look at her chin.

no to this lol

saggy, asymmetrical Bs > fake anything

Like someone else said —- there’s a strong chance that shit will look worse. I really tend to filter out fake looking women. BBLs and fake titties are fine. But a natural looking face is gold

val and they're going to look like ghouls with sunken sucked

Wow that actually looks like her even lol but I think she's going more for trimming round the jowel and under the neck area? I dunno I guess I'll see, were definitely both nervous. Her tits are already 36C so she is doing fine there though.

u payin or her?

Meh. I feel like you should get it if you need it, but if you don't "need" it then why bother. So many Hollywood people get it that don't need it and they come out looking barely even human.

The procedure that you described sounds like the type that will make it look worse 90% of times according to my calculations

Plastic surgeries in general are a very stupid idea especially in the United States where they exaggerate in everything. Mainly fake lips, fake boobs and butt it all looks ridiculous. Now, in South Korea they at least know how to minimize defects and actually make the woman looks feminine and not a tranny like the American ones.

You should not let this happen. Great chances that your wife instead of looking like Kristen Bell she will end up looking like Kristen Balls

Lol @ South Korea simping. You ever seen a Korean woman up close without a ton of filters, photoshop and a 2-finger thick layer of makeup to judge their plastic surgeries?

I support cosmetic surgery if it's done to fix a visible defect or trauma.
Otherwise almost every time it's not worth it especially if it is soft tissue surgery. Ends up looking like shit 95% of the time.

The only reason anyone should have cosmetic surgery is if they were disfigured in a horrible accident.

Women that do it just to look better almost always end up looking much much worse.

Tell your girl you'll dump her if she goes through with it.

I wasn't simping. Just making a point that there their goal of surgeries is to not just make everything bigger. And yes I have seen them in front of me in real life not just photos which I don't care for
