Izzy's been very solid. All three of the commentators (Mauro Ranallo, “Sugar” Ray Leonard, Israel Adesanya) have their own unique energy, each giving a different flavor. They work well together.

This is all my opinion though. I don't watch much boxing but I dig the vibe from this broadcasting team.

Ranallo is a great guy, but I personally hate his pro wrestling commentary.

IMO no way to tell if Tyson vs Jones is a mismatch, all I can say is that Jones was fighting and decently up until 2 years ago...and well Tyson has not looked good since the 90s, 15 + years off etc...well see though.
