Thoughts on CE2 and Trac?

I know its overpriced for CE2 but has anyone have taken it? Did you feel the results after a intense workout with these products? Supposely in there ads that CE2 is not a water retention creatine, but its being blown up @ the GNC.

TRAC was the first to come out with the arginine + creatine.
MHP's rep was in the office about a month ago demo-ing the new TRAC.

Suppossedly, AKG has no more positive affects than regular arginine and thats their selling point.
