How do you fit your MA workouts and cardio workouts with it? This is what I was considering doing:
Monday: Bill Starr/Heavybag skill session (five five minute rounds)
Tuesday: GPP/Core/Muaythai and BJJ class
Wednesday: Bill Starr/Heavybag skill session
Thursday: GPP/Core/Muaythai and BJJ Class
Friday: Bill Starr/Heavybag skill session
Saturday: Burpee HIIT/Core/Muaythai and BJJ Class
Sunday: Rest
Does that look like a decent weekly routine for someone who is just getting back into working out or does that look like too much? I was thinking about taking out the heavybag sessions until I get used to the classes again (I haven't been in almost a year). What do you guys think?
