The first match was a classic and this build up has me actually excited for a wrestling match for the first time in 15 years.

This is the "sports based" presentation that Tony Khan failed to deliver, instead opting to go for video game-style nonsense and really bad comedy sketches.

The people had their chance and made their choice. Personally, I like NXT the most out of any programming that's currently on with Smackdown and AEW battling it out for second. Maybe, if NXT had hit regular TV a year before it did, AEW would've had a better chance going up against RAW. Maybe not. Fact is, it always served two masters and that never works out in the end.

And WALTER is good but way over-hyped. A 6'3" dad bod who looks like a monster because he stiffs euro manlets is just that. He's a damn good base for them, though, so there's that.
