Why the fuck doesn't the UFC use $500 million to PAY THEIR OWN FIGHTERS INSTEAD??

They could use said money to lure fighters from around the globe...etc, etc.

The UFC should stay in their own fucking lane and FOCUS on their own brand.

What am I missing here?

Their current HW champ is a blue collar clean cut married father who followed his dream and succeeded and who still works as a fireman. His life is the stuff of movies. He should be a household name, I am from the UK, so maybe I am wrong, but I dont think he is that well known in the USA.

I would have thought a guy like this is a marketing goldmine.

He could be the face of the UFC, Conor is the clown, and Cyborg is the freak, the UFC has it all already, but they seem to hv lost their way.

I listed the reasons already, a lot of people can identify with him, and he isnt a roided up goon or a tattooed freak, he has a respectful and modest persona and represents the man on the street.

The fireman bit is a huge deal in itself, it would be lapped up.

He is their hw champion, and to the casual market, that is the premier division.

The ufc has got a lot of characters in it, but they do a terrible job of promoting their fighters.

Of course you also need the crazies, but as a promotion you shouldnt and cant rely on them, as they are crazy.

And when they choose to promote some, their talent level doesnt match their looks.

Its weird, how badly they suck at marketing their fighters.
