what percentage of rape claims turn out to be false? hint-- its VERY low. I think the punishment for it ought to be quite sever though. I'm not trying to minimize it.

its just that so many people use that justify not believing women more than men and that's not statistically accurate in the leaste.

It would be so hard to prove the victim deliberately lied as even eye witness testimony fails (look at the first time the making the murderer guy was convicted the time he was proven innocent by DNA) like if I picked a white guy out of line up with brown eyes, brown hair, tall and bigger than me, especially if I was attacked at night when it’s dark?


But agree these completely made up, victim never attacked cases need a precedent set with punishment.
