I believe she'd fight for it the most, I believe, but realistically getting it done? Not sure any President would ever have that type of power even if their intentions are honest.

Not much to say.

In some situations yea. There are too many moving parts for any President to just walk in and "remove the troops". That's why they always talk about it, but can't get it done. Too much power in play, too much money, hell too much drugs. Too much everything. We can improve upon it, but we aren't removing anything. There are a few things that no matter how idealistic we want to be will never change. America's military presence is one of those things.
