I really don't know how countries are when it comes to trustworthiness but have a good opinion of Japan when it comes to honesty.

I have a poor opinion of Germany, Australia and Canada on the trust scale due to various incidences over the years.

I'd pick Japan. I've always wanted to go. It also seems to be very diverse in terms of landscape as well, between Hokkaido and Okinawa. Only thing is that I heard that pay is awful for foreigners.

1. Canada
2. Austria
3. France

Canada....

Its going to shits real fast. I would rethink that choice unless you are an ultra liberal.

Your odds of having your wallet returned to you in Japan are very high. Your odds of this happening in Canada depends on your area. In my area, odds are decently good. In large cities, probably not.

People in Japan are polite, but not honest. By that I mean they'll smile in your face (tatemae), but talk shit behind your back. So if that counts as untrustworthiness, that would be points docked. They're like this for everything. They tolerate people like homosexuals, people with tattoos, toasted foreigners (i.e. brown to black spectrum), meaning they'll never say anything bad to you because they're deathly afraid of confrontation, but they'll be sending death glares your way whenever you say or do or are something they don't like, on top of talking mad shit about you in private. They're cold people.

Nah we don't have a higher power looking after us. People need to be free to end their pain if the time comes
Your response amounts to "I don't agree with you." That's fine and all but what's your justification for the claim?

That's an interesting list.

Having been to the nordics, I can confirm. Those are the most functional, safe, trusting and open societies I have been to. I never been to societies that work as well as there, maybe except Japan, but without the repressive and inflexible culture of Japan. The society really takes care of its citizens and people seem quite free to do what they want due to less financial restraints. The downside is that the people are cold and unfriendly, albeit very polite and the weather sucks.

My only criteria was countries with the least amount of blacks.

Ireland is trustworthy when they get their shit together. Japan's is trustworthy but has an extreme divergence an when actual crime is committed. Netherlands promotes itself as peace and justice but has an internally high acceptance of con artists.

Are the rankings based on a poll? There's only one country on the list that isn't a white majority.
