Sweet find, dude, thanks!

Warlord looks like he'd still rip some spines out! Did he testify against Vince, or something? He might not be able to pass a piss test, but damn, I bet he could do a one night stand!

Book it, Vince! "DAMMIT!!"

EDIT: And that's Barbarian, these days? I read on the King Tonga/Haku wiki the other day, that Haku and Barbarian were two individuals in a group sent to Japan, by the King of Tonga, to train Sumo. After the head of the Sumo dojo passed on, there was a falling out between the Islanders, resulting in Haku and Barbarian following some of their fellow Sumotori into Pro Wrestling.

Nash told a story about Warlord asking Shawn to inject him with some "supplements" so Shawn takes the shot and Warlord is so tight and dense that he literally can't inject him. Shawn looks up and says "dude, you're full".

Everyone was comparing The Ascension to the Road Warriors but really they are just a new version of the Powers of Pain.

Huge jobbers

I thought him and the Barbarian were giants when I was a kid watching pro-wrestling.

Right!!! Need to google them

EDIT:

... they were tiny?

SUR0023-388039149.jpg

They were legit massive. Barbarian was about 6'2" and 300lbs of roided up bulk and he was the small man of the team. Warlord was a good two inches taller and at least 20 pounds heavier.

I'm guessing it's a perspective issue. DiBiase was about 6'3" and around 260lbs in the late 80's/early 90's. Zeus was close to 7' tall and well over 300 pounds.

DiBiase was the only one in the group who was any good. Zeus wasn't really a wrestler, Warlord was terrible, and Barbarian was passable but very limited. DiBiase was the shit back in the day.
