Can you clarify what the house breakdown is if they have a 38 seat gain?
If there are independents that take a seat, I'll count who they caucus with.
I need to know a time (Eastern time) that this can remain open for both participants to accept.

We went over this before but I think you are overextended with av and sig bets. I think at most, you should do a 6 month bet for this as I have no idea when the Mueller investigation will close out.
