At the most it should only be called the Von Preux but it probably shouldn't be renamed because the inventor gets the privilege of having it named after them. A lot of discoveries/inventions are that way but you don't rename them out of honor. Plus, people in future generations aren't gonna know that Von Preux isn't a person as a lot of people haven't heard of Von Flue to begin with even today.
