Indeed, plan is to get rid of the foosball table, I'm building a racing rig there. And there is a gym/ cardio area, this wasn't the whole basement.

I blacked out the blinds, but there are 6 large windows there, also can just run standard potlights, they have feature for ambiance which I had on. We like what we like, I like the rgb lights for now

Is this set up just for you personally, or do have a club or a business? It looks like it could be suitable for rentals or at least a "clubhouse".

Its for me in my house, and my family and friends to enjoy (and sometimes neighbors). We like to host a lot so just a fun space to hang out, the UFC events were just another excuse to meet up LOL as is NBA/ NHL/ MLB/ Soccer etc etc..including gaming as time permits. I get it its not for everybody, nor is it to everybody's taste.

Interesting. But the size and the theater seating suggests a private theater or screening center rather than a personal "man-cave". Possibly for a club or for special event rentals.
