He's only 3-0 so far and while that might get you into UFC as a HW, WW is far more stacked and let the guy get a few more wins before he starts worrying about getting signed to the UFC. He might not be ready for the UFC yet, no reason for him to start his UFC career on a losing note in bad fashion just because he has a few wins on the local scene.

Probably won't sign a guy who gets into street fights in his spare time, even if it's for a good reason. Not exactly a safe investment.

No, for one he's not even that great a fighter. Secondly the whole point of Kick-Ass is that its not worth it being a super Hero in the end. Thirdly his brother is a much better fighter and has already been in and out of the ufc
