I know most of you guys aren't the biggest fans of the UFC signing prospects to fight on short notice but Abel Trujillo is in need of an opponent for the Fight Night card taking place 2 weeks from now on May 29th and if the UFC is planning on signing Will Brooks (I'm assuming they will) I don't see why they wouldn't ask him to take this fight. I've always been a fan of the ATT vs. Blackzilians matchups.

So what do you guys think of this potential fight? Is it a yes from you, or would you rather see Brooks make his debut with a full camp under his belt?

I don't know if USADA would be ok with him only having a two week testing window.

I agree, Will Brooks would be a great addition to the UFC's lightweight roster.
And as much as I like Trujillo, I think Brooks spanks him even on short notice.

Get to it ya goofs.

That would be incredible. Would suck for Abel though.

Brooks has a big cut to get to 155. Gotta wonder if the short notice would affect his performance.

Not a fan of Brooks attitude or his game, but he definitely belongs in the UFC LW division. Trujillo seems as good a debut as any but I'm quite convinced it'd be a 3 round grapplerape by Brooks.

What don't you like about his attitude?

He's quite overconfident in his abilities, and his Twitter antics and talks a lot for my taste. Also as a guy who absolutely loves grappling in MMA watching his style is like watching paint dry. Too content to maintain position and ride out fights.
