My question is about Jose Aldo vs Volkanovski at UFC 237 LIVE on PPV in Brazil.

There have been a total of 32 men that have gone face to face with Jose Aldo in professional MMA. 4 of those men have come out victorious, the other 28 have fallen victim. Jose Aldo (even after being a champ) is currently the 2nd best FW on the planet behind Max Holloway. Volkanovski (in my opinion) is number 3. He just beat Chad Mendes who had been KO'd in 2 of his last 3 fights.

Facing Jose Aldo is a step up that has proven to be miserable for rising contenders. When Alexander faces Aldo, he will be locked in there with the best FW to ever fight in the UFC. He will have to deal with the Brazilian fans, he will have to hear Jose Aldo walk out to a crowd of cheers, and ultimately, he will have to face a ferocious Aldo. Is it too much for Alexander?

Shorter version of question: Fighting Jose Aldo (or any Brazilian MMA legend) has always been challenging for fighters. Moicano admitted that he was hesitant with Aldo in round 1 because he saw Jose as a legend (almost like a God). When he loosened up, he got TKO'd. With the Brazilian fans, the entrance music of Aldo, and the confidence Jose currently has, will this be too much for Alexander?

Do you believe that Jones doesn't go up to HW because he loses his overwhelming height, reach and strength advantages? On one hand Jones is more skilled than any HW. On the other hand it's possible that someone like Blaydes (a bigger, stronger physical wrestler) might just throw him around for 3 rounds.

It's a good question, but if we don't want half of the broadcast taken up by reading everything, we might cut it down to "Does Alexander Volkanovski have any chance against 3-round Aldo in Brazil" or something similar.

Some fighters are masterful in one area of the game. But with time, their skills diminish and their mastery is all reputation. Think BJ getting insta-subbed by Hall. Do you think this has happened with Jacare since he likes to stand and bang so much? And are there other fighters that you suspect this of?

Is it safe to say that Russia has overtaken Brazil as the Nr 2 country for MMA? What does that bode for the future of the sport? The UFC always had issues marketing these Brasilianos. Can they do better with Ruskies?

How does a random teenager like Arman Tsarukyan get in the UFC and be super-competative with a Top 15 fighter in their deepest division!? Is he the best prospect in the world or does it indicate something bigger about Islam or the Martial Arts World? Also: how the hell do you pronounce his last name?

Quick correction, only three men have beat Aldo
    Mcgregor once
Some guy by submission years ago
    Holloway twice
He has 4 losses but to 3 people
    Good day Tomas

Sorry but Islam is not a top ten fighter
    I don’t believe he’s even fought a top 15
Where did you get him being top 10 from?

Do you think that UFC's new business model (too many events to follow, innegably watered down cards, too many interim/paper champ, paywalls after paywalls, I could go on and on) may have hurt their hardcore base of fans? I'm gradually seeing more and more longtime fans becoming casuals, and some even just stop watching UFC altogether.

    Another caveat is the judges
I very much doubt the Brazilian judges(who are known for robbery’s and are pro Aldo ) will allow Volk to win on the scorecards if it’s competitive.
Volk has even more pressure since he knows he can only win by finish

I meant to say 15 (which is his current rank). Though I do think he has the ability to get to nr 10. I mean, Felder is currently nr 10 and I'm pretty sure Islam could outwrestle him for days.

Source? Name one Jose Aldo fight that took place in Brazil that was even remotely close and the judges robbed his opponent. Mendes 2? Nah, don't be ridiculous, newguysnm1. And I'll stop you there, that's the only decision he's had in Brazil in the UFC.

Do you think people are sleeping in this weekend's card ? Its a very good card IMO and im very exicted to watch Jacare vs Hermansson , Lineker vs Sandhagen , Cowboy vs Perry

I also would like to forward a question from one of the previous shows which apparently wasnt brought into the show about this card ,

Thoughts on the UFC on ESPN 3 madness ? First the change of headliner (From Costa to Jacare) , turns out that Costa allegedely failed a PED test , Costa denies it , Change of venue and city , Now Romero pulls out of the rematch due to sickness and Costa steps in , Costa is not ready again , Hermansson steps in.

What’s the plan for Cyborg? Is she going to fight the winner of Megan vs Fee. Or are we going to see a rematch with Amanda? Or something else entirely?

One FC is opening its own movie studio. I am not even kidding. They say that they want to create the new Jackie Chan or Dwayne The Rock Johnson. What will come of this? Do you think that it's something fighters will enjoy and take advantage of? What fighters do you see getting the push? And lastly... Was this what Jason Burgos whispered in Chatri Sityodtong ear when they had lunch together?
