Cool. Just curious. Have you played Bound by Flame, or Dragon Age Inquisition? If so, how does it compare to those two? Just curious if there are many similar mechanics?I'm about 5 hours in and loving it so far. I'd recommend it. A bit rough around the edges, which is to be expected for a game by a small team like this, but overall a lot of fun.

Yeah I platinumed Bound by Flame and plated DA:I for a bit. It feels like a much improved Bound By Flame in terms of movement, story, etc but the combat feels more Witcher 3-esque. If you enjoyed Bound By Flame I would be amazed if you didn't like The Technomancer. And if you didn't enjoy Bound By Flame, but didn't hate it, you may still like TT.
Have you checked out Divinity Original Sin yet? Playing through that now and moving on to Technomancer next. I got about 3/4 of the way through DA:I and just lost all steam, but have been having a blast with Divinity. Adventuring fells like DA, but combat shifts into a turned based system where all characters manage action points to move/attack/use skills while they move around the map and take advantage of the terrain.
Glad to here Technomancer is better than Bound by Flame. Played through that a few times and like 1~2 trophies away from getting the plat. I thought it was good enough at the time, but I played it when the PS4 was still fairly new and I was starving for an RPG.
Story is nothing special and can get long winded at times. I just really love tactical side of the combat and elemental effects in the terrain can play a huge part if you know how to exploit them properly. For example you can cast rain over the enemy which will pool water under their feet and use an electrical ability to stun everyone in the pool, or if there is a fire surface you can cast ice on it to create a steam cloud which will obscure vision and enemy archers/casters will lose their line of sight and have to maneuver around the battle field.
There are a bunch of different classes to choose from to add a lot of flexibility in how you play.
Hmm that does sound fun. I might have to get this when I see come down enough. Which will be a while but theres no rush it's not going anywhere.
