Obama was undeniably the least qualified president in history, having had no business experience, no real world transferable skill, and no political experience other than being a 1 term junior senator who promoted nothing. Even then, his district was, and is, a total shithole. Did he do an acceptable job despite his obvious lack of qualifications? Well, that is a separate topic.
