The Strickland vs duplessis card is extremely weak.

I love how some people are accepting of the fact that it sucks because the future cards are good

Eh, I'm calling BS on that. The UFC has over 90% of the world's best MMA talent and they ask $80 for PPVs. Do better or reduce the price. Throw Tom Aspinall a couple million to fight Gane or something.

Quite a few people I'm looking forward to seeing fight on that card. Much better than people are giving it credit.

A win over Lopes might be more impressive than Mitchell anyways
Yeah that Lopes win is aging really well, but bryce is still probably the better win currently since he's got a couple decent top 15 wins himself. Hope they get to run it back someday with Lopes having a full camp

What were executives thinking? They put chubby cheeks Pennington as the comain? Why?

DeSean is a draw. Canadians will eat it up. They are so used to cuck boi tredeau up there that a good ol American bad ass like Strickland is just what they want.

Maybe DeSean will come out in black face... I mean war paint like poatan.

Agree. One spectacular fight and the rest of the card is really quite mediocre especially for $80.

DDP/sean & Allen/movsar are amazing fights

Barriault/curtis, woodsen/jourdain, katona/armfield & sidey/taverns will be fun and all have fotn potential

Mallot & marya with potential highlight finishes

Underwhelming on paper but looks like one of those cards that will heavily overachieve

@Sweater of AV come explain to everyone how Pennington would beat the shit out of you and that this is going to be the best co-main in the history of MMA

Ehhh. I'm always going to tune in to support my boy Arnold Allen. That will be a heck of a fight.

Its so annoying when they put 2 title fights on one card

If the ultra greedy Disney/ESPN knocked the price down about $40, I might buy it.
For $60 you can buy a thingy that plugs into your tv and streams everything. Ask around you’ll find one.

Main fight sells very well so it probably sits high on the weighted matrix. It's been done before and yielded good profits, rinse and repeat.
I think you're overstimating these guys ability to sell. Nobody outside of MMA fans know or even care about Sean Strickland. Du Plessis is even less known.
