Yup. Good technique when you keep your eye on your target and then only turn your head all the way around quickly as you begin the spin (contrast with JDS's bad technique on Hunt). Well, maybe it wasn't as bad as I thought... he did KO him. Lol
Not bashing good technique, but knowing when and how to use a technique is way more important than it's execution, have you ever seen Mir shadowboxing? dude's form is almost flawless. Contrast with Hyu Gyu Lim, a dude who often gets wild and sloppy but has good instincts and timing to land his strikes (obviously he was outstruck by a more technical striker in Tarec, but the point stands).
