Law The Search For The 114th Supreme Court Justice: The Witch-Hunt Against Judge Brett Kavanaugh

Michael Avenatti, the attorney for Stormy Daniels, on Sunday alleged that he had knowledge that Kavanaugh and high school friend Mark Judge targeted women with drugs and alcohol in order to "allow a 'train' of men to subsequently gang rape them."

He did not state the source of his evidence and did not name any alleged victims.

Can anyone claim that any of this is plausible? Really?

He's a lying fuck of a Porn lawyer who should immediately be disqualified from getting involved in this confirmation business due to CONFLICT OF INTEREST (aka Involved in that whole Stormy Daniels / Trump fiasco).

If I'm Grassley, I would immediately discount and ignore him but focus only on the 2nd accuser, get the information gathered already, determine it's similar to the first accusation, and then proceed to say "This sham is over. Voting will commence later on today".

Mark Levin demonstrates in 14 minutes the Democrat Party's destruction of the Supreme Court confirmation process over the last 30 years.

I have a feeling that further denigrating the Senate, our justice system, and further splitting the divide of partisanship over these "allegations," is going to have a deleterious effect on our civic discourse.

Translation: This is bad for America, and bad for justice.

The desperate Senators and their blind partisan drones intentionally politicizing and weaponizing #MeToo as their last ditch effort is akin to a desperate Cersei Lannister arming the Faith Militant.

They do not know what a terrible thing they're releasing into society, until it inevitably turns against them.

Man people defend this dude like he is a family member. I don't see how anyone can say what he didn't do, when it is proven he will lie to cover himself. McConnell told Trump not to pick him and his past is the obvious reason.

Well I hope they get Cersei’s stand in back for feinsteins walk of shame or I may have to pour dragons fire in my eyes.

Perhaps Donald Trump should nominate a - African American/Native American lesbian woman who was rendered handicapped while fighting for social justice in the barrio.

She is also blind so can not possibly see anyone to harass, has no hands with which to touch anyone.

One week later... an unnamed witness arise who claim she was using her feet to forcibly molest women at a KKK meeting in 1936, three years before she was born, but... @ Me 2, we need to listen to women when there is something to win! No injustice, no peace!

There are a lot of problems with this post.

The first being, when did McConnell suggest that he had moral issues?

Before Feintstien leaked the letter, the left was deeply aggrieved he was so spotless.

I hear you, however, I am not sure the ploy is so desperate.

Lesser smears have worked.

This is something that needs to be solved for the good of the country, and heads need to roll. This is not justice, this is the opposite of just and fair.

At what point could these people be sued for slander?

Sorry I hold my Supreme Court justices to a higher standard. You don't hear stories of Ruth Bader Ginsburg sticking her penis in somebodies face.
Yet...

True.

But Grassley finally(albeit a bit late) putting his foot down and ending this would at least end the Circus.

I have no idea, but liable laws in America are weak, and for good reason in my opinion. (In order to protect speech.)

That said, there should be hearings over this in the Senate after the dust clears and an investigation into Feinstien's handling of this situation, and anyone who is complicit in the cover up.

I'd do an in-depth investigation of Avenatti, too.

I mean....what rock did this fucking clown slither out of?

Perhaps.

This is a situation where a lot of people should think, "we should be ashamed of what we are doing..." or, "maybe this is the wrong thing to do..." perhaps even a, "this has all gone too far, and we should apologize for..." not going to happen more than likely, but would be the right thing to do.

So its going exactly as it was planned is what you're saying?
