Conor was worried that after he punched Nate's hand the night before, Nate might actually do something in the weigh-ins.

Conor flinched because he thought Nate was really gonna do something. It was on his mind the whole time.

Yup.

Nate punked him at the weigh in like a man.

McGregor hit Nates hand like a bitch at the presser.

Diaz TKO or sub late.

This settles it. There will be no more flinch discussion.

But McGregor was saying after the punch "you're going to do nothing" :p

This flinch thing is silly but I find it funny because some Conor fans were saying RDA was shook because he blinked.

Nate was practically on the other end of the stage...and your boy still flinched like a 4th grader...

Conor flinching marks the beginning of the end.

Finally we can put this to rest, the 100 plus threads that will be made about the flinch will now be irrelevant.

I had an interview scheduled with Conor and Nate to get their thoughts on why the flinch occurred, I guess I can go ahead and cancel that.....

It was obvious Diaz was in his head.

I have a doctorate in psychology from Yale so I kinda know what I am talking about.

Textbook example of someone being "shook" as we call it in our academic circle.

The flinch was to show Nate how quick his counters are going to be come fight night

There's a difference between flinching and getting ready for something. Most people are to dumb to recognize though.

People flinch when they aren't expecting something and they aren't ready to deal with it.

You can bet your ass McGregor was ready for Diaz, who is notorious for being in backstage/pre/post fight scuffles. You'd only be an idiot if you weren't ready for a Diaz bro to fly off the handle.

It could be one of those cases where everybody will always remember where they were and what they were doing in the world during 'Flinch-gate'.....

I do this type of work pro bono.

Think of me kinda like the WebMD of Sherdog psychology.

Conor is showing all the signs of a man who is clinically shook. If you want to read more on the subject I recommend trying "How to Tell When A :eek::eek::eek::eek: is Shook" by Erich Fromm.
