Societal control seems like an easy answer. We don't even need aliens to exist for that to be a goal by power factions, we have international bankers.

Why would any ET race want us kept in the dark with regards to their existence? That's an interesting question. Disruption of human based religions wouldn't seem to me to be something of paramount importance to any far advanced ETs, but perhaps I'm wrong and am missing something.

Do bankers want chaos, anarchy and collapse of active markets? I don't think so.

Try telling a fundamentalist that he believed and dedicated his life to a lie, multiply that to a large scale. Better yet, tell that to fundamentalists with nukes.

I was being half serious. I wouldn't be shocked if there we aliens trying to control our planet/population. I think that would be natural for a much more advanced civilization. We do it with pretty much everything on the planet, agriculture/farming, using animals as tools and food, even surfism, colonialism, etc. I mean, with huge corporations and banks, humans are still mastering the concept. With any new resource we come across, we try to use it to our advantage.

But with all these alien conspiracies, it is so convoluted by people hiding things, and further diluted with crazy people and liars seeking attention.

Do you have a good video on the topic that you can link to me? I have looked into that stuff a couple times. Are you referring to Sitchin? I thought he did not accurately translate the texts. A quick youtube search brings up a lot of videos. I just started watching one, but it seems to be against the Sumerian Texts relating to aliens.

Unfortunately, with these videos, it is easy to make something look very credible, but then you can watch another video with a completely contradicting message, that also seems very credible.

The most surprising part about the texts that I remember, is the depiction of the solar system. But the other things I remember seem questionable at best.

You guys can take this for what it’s worth. In college I worked for the Dept of The Navy. I was a nobody. We had tons of interaction with the D.O.D. As we handled shipments of equipment and merchandise for them at our facility. I met some civilians in suits that were as stoic and plain Jane as you can get. Not Military. Not really met but directed them , they maybe said 10 words. They would receive shipments in a black van with gov plates. The stuff they got was always electronic in nature and classified. On pallets, wrapped in lead blankets and wrapped with cable and locked. Weird part is that military would pick up stuff armed and secure. These guys had a plain black van and no security. But the merch was Def no joke. I remember they had the exact same look and clothing to the shoes.

Had that feel. The confidence was so strong they didn't take half the precautions that the military would have. Weird thing is their faces were so forgettable and plain. Yeah, the Special Activities guys, either political or tactical. But the SOG usually are plain clothes. The guys I saw had the exact same suits and shoes and coats on. Like a uniform, but not.
