okay ive been fighting for a year now and ive gone undefeated in the lightweight division, i walk around at 165 and it is fairly easy to drop to 156 but my manager and coaches are advising me to drop to 145 but they dont wanna tell me how im spose to cut that weight, so yes i need help learning how to cut alot of weight for a figh im mainly muscle at 160 so im not trying to change my walking weight.
any ideas would help guys , i have a fight in 4 weeks and the guy is 144 everytime he fights so im planning on making weight at about 146
