Its really the other way around imo. Gaethje gets hit a lot is to wild in the feet for a cojnterpuncher like Conor.
Maia on the other hand might be old, but he is one of the biggest WW ever (while Conor is rather small for the division), still has an amazing chin and If he pulls guard in Conor hes gonna smoke him.

Justin has looked a lot more patient in his last fights. Doesn't get hit as much. Still think Conor should be favored, but it's a legit title eliminator that should happen.

maia is a terrible fight for conor
maia has one of the best chin in ufc history took clean shot from woodley while super gassed he would just take conor down or pull guard and submit him in 2 minute

I guess you forgot the Khabib (champion) fight that he didnt avoid, That's ok though.
And dont act like you wouldnt be bitching if it was announced that McGregor was fighting Usman for the title over masvidal or Gaethje
