I can see Hurd getting to Lara at some point btw.. we will see if an old Lara can get himself out of it and regain control.

This could be a fun fight in spots.
 
I've got Hurd by late round stoppage. DeGale probably edges Truax in the rematch, but DeGale is done as a top fighter in my view.

I've got Hurd here. I really think this is gonna be an ass kicking for like 4rds and Hurd will just eat those left hands and then take over. He's really weird, it's not like we haven't seen it before but jesus is he bad at boxing but really good at fighting. Tough match up. I have Hurd as a slight dog for a couple units and .5u on the under at better than 2-1 as well.

Plus they're giving the 10.5 instead of the usual 9.5 so if it's a late stoppage then I'll only be screwed if he stops Lara in the last rd and a half, which I'm admittedly worried about. This is one of those fights where we could a guy stopped in the 12th, imo. Hopefully lara takes him out with a bunch of left hands early or Hurd takes over and wins a Dec or gets a stoppage in the second half. At least hopefully for me. Lara is really good tho, this is gonna be fun.
 
Surprised at the number of Hurd votes, I must say. Not that I couldn't see him winning, but this is almost 50/50 at this point. Which is great and means everyone is ready to see what happens in this one tonight.

While he probably will, he is fighting Sergio Mora. Sergio Mora doesn't tend to hand out too many genuine beatings.
 
Can't ever remember actually being excited for a Lara fight before.

Hope this snoozefest ends up lights out for Lara!

I just think he is going to be to big and active for Angulo who is there to be hit . His face has looked so awful in his last like 10 fights. I suspect his nose, or like his eye socket is going to fall off his face

Hey at lest I actually watch Lara fights unlike most boxing fans.

I try to get hyped up but he gives up halfway through and does jack shit while coasting to a boring decision. He could have been an undefeated multi belt champ if he just fought 12 whole fucking rounds but he never does.
