That says something about "martial arts" as they're trained for the UFC then. If something so simple as a hill completely changes the martial arts, then are they really the best "martial arts"?

cage fighting is prize fighter. While they do something similar, they are different.

a cage is complete even ground with no advantage. incline/decline offers advantage and disadvantage

The cage absolutely offers advantages such as padded mats to help strikers defend against grapplers.
