Anybody hear about this?

I was recently right next to the Pontiac silverdome when it was imploded. The explosions almost broke the windows on my car, and we (me and my two sons) were literally as close as you could be. I guess I used up my big boom for the year, being that close.

Anyways, THAT event was heard for like 25 miles in every direction. A couple counties were in on hearing it.

Well, we just had another big boom. It was an exploding meteor over SE MI. I may have heard a rumble, but probably thought it was a truck driving by on the ice. I missed this one.

The explosion caused a minor, but registered, earthquake, and was similar to the one in Russia from a few years ago that broke all the windows.

The meteor, according to some local officials at the prestigious Cranbrook and some other local news outlets, landed within a mile of my home. Meteors like this are worth more than a million. Will check the yard later.

Anybody know about this, or have your own meteor story?

The Silverdome implosion failed on the first try. Lions fans were used to failure.

Well, I was driving by looking for a place to park when it happened. But um, actually good call. Although the dust, of course, do not coincide immediately with the boom, and had I drove away at a normal speed after being there we would have inhaled no dust, I continued on and parked a half a mile down the road and got out. Yes, a dust cloud came and we left after about seconds of seeing it come towards us.

Got a few command staff members we can sacrifice to get The Blob going.

I'm sure they will swear at it real loud to begin with, and then try and pull rank when it gets aggressive.

To be honest, putting it in the pudding at a large correctional facility would be the choice beginning.

That sucks you weren't struck by it. Couldve ended up with some cool powers like that Travolta movie, Phenomenon.
