Metal/Rock/Industrial The metal thread \m/

good point - I'm sure it will end up on YT pretty quick. Fingers crossed.
Me too, bc I'm not buying the record, though I have a player. But I'm very intrigued, a sludge/grindcore collab means a lot of possibilities, in execution.

Machine Head teasing a new track! Last album was definitely better than Catharsis I think all MH albums are better that Catharsis. lol we'll see where they go next.

That Melvins/Napalm Death collab album drops on 2/16, tomorrow

I went looking for the songs today, was apparently a legit vinyl only release. Probably have to wait at least another two weeks before someone throws it on YouTube, I guess.

I actually think its a really dumb mash up of styles like Nirvana mixed with Slayer how teh fuck is that ever gonna sound good? lmao literally the hair was the only possible connection I could see.

Settle down, Beavis. We haven't gotten to experience it yet. Onyx made a song with Biohazard once, and it turned out just fine.

It's gonna suck and you know a lot about sucking so i am not surprised mofo that you are looking forward to it!
People say I'm very negative and cynical, but I have absolutely nothing on you. I imagine you were but a wee BEATDOWNS the last time you were hopeful or excited for anything. Not a good way to live, bud

Napalm Death and Melvins are coming around in April on tour, I didn't realize when that was announced they would also have an album together. I wonder if they'll do individual sets and then a combo one?

I caught Melvins last on that tour with Mr Bungle (for the Thrash album) and they were awesome.

Pretty surprised by this I really didn't like the single "Forever Alone" but so far I'm 6 songs in the and of these tunes are pretty aggressive, wow and another banger starts "Collusion" seems inspired which i didn't really feel from the last few releases

Just gave this a listen, I think I'm just over KSE albums, i like the odd song here and there since Jesse came back and always appreciate Adam D's extra vocals (still want a Serpentine Dominion follow up) but this stuff isn't clicking with me as a whole. Much prefer the more hardcore leaning stuff.
