Metal/Rock/Industrial The metal thread \m/

Maiden tomorrow night, been a long wait, had tickets for May 2020 but we all know what happened there. Setlist not ideal, I do like Senjitsu and they play a lot from that but the rest of the setlist isn't my favourite, all good, will still be awesome!

They were great, new material sounded fantastic particularly "The Writing on the Wall". Not the best setlist tbh, one song of Number of the Beast and it was Prisoner for example but can't complain really, what a great live band they are.

Bruce sounded awesome, i think he runs around less these days which probably helps his vocals. He should shut the fuck up during songs though, was dribbling a lot of shit.

The laser gun fight between Bruce and Eddie was pretty funny, cool pyros etc.

Saw them live recently (@ Resurrection fest) and, even though I don't particularly enjoy deathcore at all to put it lightly, they were surprisingly good! Not like I will be rushing out to buy their albums on vinyl, but if they play anywhere close I'd def. would buy tickets!

I'm also not a fan of deathcore, I only enjoy several songs from Lorna Shore, Shadow of Intent, Brand of Sacrifice and later Whitechapel.

Been listening to this one on repeat over the weekend (was released on Friday). So good to see that even after signing with metalblade these guys can still deliver some raw and brutal d-beat!
