One of the best shows I've seen in the last year was Anthrax. Joey's vocals are arguably better than ever and fucking Scott Ian chugs like no other. Insane guitar tone. The whole floor area was one giant pit.

Just wish they picked someone other than Black Label Society to slot in between them and Exodus. Kinda killed the flow of the show for me at least. Probably needed a break from the carnage tho.

I've seen them twice since Joey rejoined, once on the Among The Living anniversary tour and the other supporting Slayer on the Last UK tour they did and both times they kicked serious ass

I saw them with Bush and twice with Joey, I like Bush as a frontman but Joey works way better for Anthrax imo

Back on track going to see Suicidal Tendencies and Possessed tonight though, with my homies in Frolic getting a break with their biggest stage show yet.

This show was awesome! Fucking Jeff Becerra from Possessed did a few laps in the pit in his wheelchair while my homies Frolic were killing it.

He was drunk as fuck when Possessed played but they still killed it. Super heavy.

Suicidal Tendencies was fun as hell. 40 year anniversary. Rob Trujillo was there in the building, I was hoping he'd come out for a song but probably worried Lars and James would throw a fit.

Yeah I’ve never seen em, can’t see how they’d miss, they’re kind of simple but always have a great groove and killer riffs. I think Tardy is my fave DM vocalist of all time too, screeches like a banshee!
