Metal/Rock/Industrial The metal thread \m/

Yeah but their singer kinda screwed over his own band to go play in Kerry Kings band and I guess they were not too happy about that.
Mainly because Kerry made Osegueda sign an NDA and keep it secret from the band while they recorded it, and they had a tour with WASP get cancelled which Will Carrol wasn't happy about but they're all good now. The KK shows are super sporadic.

I've seen DA live 2 times since the Kerry King shit. Just got my tickets to their X-Mas show later in the year. They'll be playing Act III in its entirety.

The new single is kind of just okay IMO. Not a big standout track to me considering their catalogue.

Nice. Going to catch them on Thursday night. Enjoy the fest - I went to the first one.
They were so good. They're playing in London again in October, but I'm seeing Refused at Brixton the week before. Two trips to London from Scotland in quick succession might not be possible <DCrying>

Yeah too many gigs not enough time and money :(

Incineration Fest in Camden tomorrow. Blood Incantation <Moves>
Camden is a fun metal playground to run around in. St marks used to be that for us here in NY but those fuckin days are long gone.

Dark Angel > Death Angel, but the new Dark Angel really sucks unfortunately.

Thrash bands that have been going since the 80s mostly keep on putting out the same sounding plastic uninspired shit thesedays

Ok I want someone to try and pick the trashiest song to ever thrash. The one that bangs the head that doesn't bang.

You'd be hard pressed to find a more neck wrecking marathon or violence than this song ( the whole album really)

Like imagine trying to survive in the pit to this monstrosity.

Your gonna fucking die and it's gonna be awesome.

was just about to post this new album gonna be good.
Never liked the Haunted.

It's like the sissy version of at the gates. Who needs that??

Another new The Haunted single

I saw them play with cannibal corpse, dimmu borgir, and lamb of god in 2000 I think also I saw the crown, was a great show. I finally got to see at the gates on reunion tour. I'll check out the new album, thanks

Great thrash
I liked destruction

If I get time I'll get a nuclear assault pick

I saw that cannibal tour too.

It was 2002, at the limelight in NYC. One of the last ever shows done at that venue.
I saw it at the Birch Hill in NJ, that dump had great shows and I knew all the bouncers. I caught a few shows at the Limelight too. I miss those places and la'mours, CBGB, coney Island high. We started going to Philly more over the years and of course starland
