Metal/Rock/Industrial The metal thread \m/

My guys dropped a new video:

They filmed this at the Vio-Lence show in Oakland a few months back.

Super fucking pumped to go see Zetro's AC/DC cover band on Saturday:

Saw a killer local show last night that had a few bands touring from out of the area.

Was absolutely blown away by Warhead out of Arizona. Perfect old school thrash sound and they really know how to change tempo and get the crowd going nuts. Super cool dudes too:

Also had Raider from Canada tear it up. They had Kyle Edesi filling in on guitar, he's the guy that replaced Lee Altus in Heathen since he's been tied up with Exodus:

And they announced Toxic Holocaust is coming to this local venue in 2-weeks. It's a pretty small venue in this 100 year old brick building it's gonna be fucking LIT.

I'm seeing these guys live this Thursday! Can't fucking wait, they're def one of the most promising death metal bands coming out of the US. Love the classic finnish osdm influence in them.

New Dethklok album "Deathalbun IV" dropped and has tons of great riffage on it. Heavy album.

Got tickets for both nights of Death Angel and Forbidden for the X-mas shows in San Francisco.

Supposed to be different sets both nights so fuck it I'm going to both. My homies in FROLIC are opening the first night, big break for them.

Death Angel is easily one of the best live bands performing right now.

Infected Rain rips !!! Unexpected metal arrangements in their songs make them stand out from the metal crowd out there :)

Pagan Altar. NWOBHM-era doom. Sort of a more Celtic-y black sabbath, but they never really broke through at all. They've slowly become almost my favorite band.

The current lineup really brings it live. Saw then a few years ago and they blew my mind. And I'm not a pushover.
