I'm more pumped for the Star Wars tv series than any new movie. Tv they can go more in depth and fix things.

Helps they have a good cast and good people working on the show.

Ya I'm aware of all this. Just feels like 10 million dollars for one fight with someone who's equally invested at this point.

And Gina was someone who didn't come from another sport, or crossfit or whatever. Seemed like someone who would at least train casually in retirement.

And she's the same age as Holly. I wouldn't have her as a huge dog if they announced a Ronda fight happening next year, and she had at least 6 months to train armbar defense.

well Ronda fled MMA in shame and still cannot bring herself to talk about her losses and is off to the WWE and making huge money there so she is never coming back. She would be asked constantly about those losses in the pressers leading to this fight.

Gina played with the idea of fighting ROnda when Ronda was still at the top and asking Gina to come have a huge fight. I don't Gina was ever seriously considering but with her fading movie career, maybe...if she thought it could give her boost???

Problem was Gina had no control of her weight then and could not even get the motivation to get in shape for her first true big starring movie role.

She was not making 135, 145, 155 or maybe not even 165 at that point.

I mean even fat Gina does not look that bad, but if Gina was in peak shape and nailed this role she would have been Wonder Woman imo even with the lessor acting chops.

How has a Ronda-Gina fight not happened?

Between Ronda, Gina, and the UFC I wonder what the interest levels are. Seems like it would be of great interest to all parties, and you know the UFC wants it. I wonder where Ronda and Gina stand.

Personally, the first time I heard about Ronda was right after Gina fought for the last time. I think they just barely missed one another. They also would have probably had to have fought at a catch weight. Gina was way heavier than Ronda.

She looks fucking awful there. She was never great looking but when she was training all the time it hid some of that. Non training regular or out of shape Ronda is terrible looking. At least Gina with some weight on her looks alright, at least in the pics I’ve seen.

Gina lost to a chick who was in a USADA free organization. The juice was freely flowing back then. I would have bailed too. You'd think she might consider coming back now that there are far less roids going around and Cyroid is far less of the monster she used to be. She should come back for a rematch, win, then welcome back Ronda for one more fight.

Yeah you're right, she really blew her opportunity. I've seen worse actors become big stars, but they aren't fat. Unless it's a comedic actor. They're allowed to be fat.

Cyborg lost to Nuñes (wich is pretty much female GOAT at this time) after being undefeated for more than 10 years, she would destroy Gina.
