All the names on the memo are verified company employees. The news on the release was the same as the news that came out later in the same day.

Someone from RTE, who doesn't like rapists or Conor McGregor, leaked the document online and now RTE is going to get fined up to 20 million euros for the data breach.

It's all very simple and not difficult to understand.
